Premise Balcatta was a complete office fitout that showcases the breadth of our work of transforming an older tenancy into a new modernised space. We replaced all ceiling tiles, flooring, and paintwork to refresh the base while incorporating requested designs from the client’s eastern states offices. Key features included black glass aluminium framing, black door handles and window film all curated for a timeless and cohesive look. Custom joinery and a steccawood feature behind the reception counter added an elevated touch of privacy and warmth. The result is a professional, modern office that met the client’s expectations leaving the OFP team content with the works.
