What was the challenge/goal for the client
Working in the city centre brings different challenges from parking to building access. OFP were able to work alongside building management to carefully direct through the building and prevent public disturbance wherever possible. The team on site were able to correctly prioritise who should use the allocated parking bays on days where particular trades had bigger/ trickier scopes.

What was the end result
The Plancare office fitout was a complete transformation designed in close collaboration with the client to meet their specific spatial and team requirements. Moving from a smaller office, the client needed clearly defined zones for each team alongside open collaboration areas with specific requirements to each section. We completed a full demolition of the existing floor flitout and delivered the entire scope from flooring, build and paint through to joinery, kitchen, blinds, and furniture. Company colours were thoughtfully incorporated to create a cohesive and modern aesthetic.
