What was the challenge/goal for the client
With previous experience working at SJOG Hospital, we understood the strict operational requirements and fast paced environment. To minimise disruption to staff and patients, we coordinated all deliveries for early mornings or late afternoons, avoiding peak public hours.
What process did your team go through
We completed a full medical fitout including demolition, new build works, flooring, paint, electrical and hydraulic services, furniture supply, and custom joinery. All trades managed to meet the client’s timeline and expectations surrounding processes.
Highlight your on-site cabinetry team/furniture/reception counters, etc
OFP designed and constructed a new curved feature reception counter to replace the existing one in order to create a modern focal point for the practice. We also refreshed the original full height cabinets by installing new doors to match the updated aesthetic.
What was the end result
The client required a modernised medical space with functional consult rooms and a standout reception and kitchen. We delivered a clean, contemporary medical fitout ahead of doctor move in with a bespoke curved reception and warm finishes giving the space a welcoming feel. After handover, our team were able to return for early morning visits to install and adjust additional items at the request of the client, ensuring the space fully supported their operational needs and new aesthetic.
