What was the challenge/goal for the client – Project to be completed within the budget and the time frame given, 100% satisfied
What process did your team go through – Our team followed a structural delivery and installation process. First we confirmed all furniture specifications, quantities and site requirements with Statuo. Upon arrival the installation team unloaded and positioned each item in its designated area, followed by the installation of these items. We continually conducted quality and safety checks. We then had final hand over walk through with Statuo to verify all furniture was installed correctly and met their expectations before we obtained final sign off.
Highlight your on-site cabinetry team/furniture/reception counters, etc – I loved the colour and finishes specification of the project was to a very high level, was a pleasure to work with Statuo on this.
What was the end result – Our Client Statuo was very happy with our works and Quartex has said the same to Satuo, win – win.
