Celestial bay reach out to OFP to subdivide a tenancy with separate working offices. Due to the intention of wanting to lease each office individually, we used soundcheck board throughout the entire tenancy to reduce as much sound transfer as possible.
The soundcheck gyprock paired great with V-lam glass to provide additional acoustic properties. This fitout began with a cold shell involving an entire scope of build, ceiling, flooring and all services. We were pleased with the outcome of the project, particularly complimenting the white walls contrasting with the black aluminium framing and door hardware.
This fitout also involved furniture and a kitchen install tying in the black hardware across the tenancy. The client was very pleased with the outcome of this project and gave compliments to trades for their great attitude and hard work throughout the entire process
