This was an existing warehouse purchased by a client looking to create his own ‘mancave’ embracing his love for cars and a comfortable working environment captured in one space.
Creating a modernised office space including a kitchen onto an existing mezzanine with a full height glass floor to ceiling looking over his workshop.

Stylish and modern design to suit the remainder of the warehouse which had been recently painted and upgraded.
In Osborne Park we transformed a warehouse into a unique office and entertaining space for a client seeking a personal ‘mancave’. The mezzanine was lined with full-height glass allowing a clear view over the client’s collection of cars below while also housing a custom modern kitchen designed in house as well as an office and lounging space. Downstairs we renovated a new restroom and shower area to provide full amenities to the space. Although the end result brought excitement to the client, it brought plenty more excitement to the trades as they watched and helped this creative concept come to life.
