What was the challenge/goal for the client
Our client wanted to establish their first dedicated office space for a growing real estate business. The goal was to create a modern and luxury environment by incorporating premium touches such as acoustic wall panels, custom blinds and feature linear lighting throughout the common spaces.
What process did your team go through
This project was delivered from a full cold shell, managed start to finish by OFP. Our team completed all scopes including the initial design, build, glazing, electrical and mechanical services, hydraulics for a new kitchen, fire services, flooring, painting, bespoke joinery and full furniture supply.
Highlight your on-site cabinetry team/furniture/reception counters, etc
The client visited our design team to select finishes allowing us to seamlessly tie the furniture and joinery palette into the overall design. Our in-house designers produced custom concepts for the reception counter and kitchen which were then built and installed by our cabinetry team. The stone finish reception counter, bespoke credenzas and integrated storage pieces were created to enhance the space’s refined aesthetic and practical requirements.
What was the end result
The final outcome was a sleek, luxurious office that exceeded the client’s expectations both in quality and turnaround time. OFP delivered the full space including everything seen in the attached images resulting in a cohesive, modern workplace. The combination of stone elements, bespoke joinery, acoustic panels and feature lighting created an elevated yet professional environment. OFP are extremely proud of this project and the complete transformation achieved.
