What was the challenge/goal for the client?
The key objective for the client was a fast turnaround due to lease constraints.
Through consultation with Vera, from our OFP design team, we were able to lock in selections and a design that worked for the client and their team.
As soon as the Building Permit was received, we had just under 2 weeks to transform an empty tenancy to a fully functioning office space. We were able to seamlessly achieve this with a fantastic end result.
These quick turnarounds are only achievable due to our in-house design and furniture team and our trusted network of highly skilled trades.
