What was the challenge/goal for the client

The goal was to create a workspace suitable for a full time and office-based team with a strong focus on maximising natural light and providing spacious offices for staff. As the tenancy was located above ground floor, transporting large glazed panels posed access challenges to the job site. OFP worked closely with the client and building management to successfully deliver most panels as standard sizes while having to accommodate one panel in two sections to suit constraints.

What process did your team go through
OFP completed a full demolition of the existing tenancy, removing outdated furniture, partitions and carpet. The space was rebuilt with light colour palettes and modern finishes, delivering the fitout shown in the completed images.

What was the end result

The client and incoming staff were extremely pleased with the finished space. The fitout was completed while the client’s team remained fully operational in an adjoining tenancy, requiring careful management of noise restrictions, shared services and disrupted work areas. Extensive glazed partitions were installed throughout the tenancy to enhance light flow while maintaining privacy. All finishes and detailing were coordinated to achieve a cohesive, modern workplace as an upgrade from the previous fitout. OFP successfully delivered the project to a high standard by leaving the space in excellent condition and meeting the client’s expectations.
